A new residential community is set to be developed in Hamilton Hill, following the amalgamation of Hamilton Senior High School in December 2017.
The site is a 15.381ha land parcel located in the south–east area of Hamilton Hill, adjacent to the suburb of Coolbellup.
In 2014, the State Government announced South Fremantle and Hamilton Senior High Schools would be amalgamated as a new independent public secondary college in 2018.
At the request of Government, LandCorp have been working closely with the Department of Education and other Agencies to transition the site in readiness for the school's closure.
LandCorp have recently applied to change the zoning of the site from Education to Residential.
We are now seeking input from the community on the future design of the site. Your input will be used to guide the development as it progresses from a school community to a residential neighbourhood.
